Surabaya Bromo Tumpak Sewu Ijen Bali Tour 4D3N
First Day : Start the Journey
You will be picked up from Surabaya airport or Surabaya train station or at the hotel where you stay in Surabaya. Then, we will go to the Mount Bromo area. It’ll take around 4-5 hours. Then, you stay for one night and have free time.
Second Day: Ready to Climb?
Pick up at 03:00 AM, we are going to see the most beautiful sunrise at the top of Mount Bromo. The location is known as Pananjakan. Get ready because we will depart at 3 AM. The sunrise gives you majestic scenery with Mount Semeru as the background, plus some of the fog around the caldera where you enjoy this scenery. After you satisfied witnessing this amazing moment, we can start an adventure in Mount Bromo volcano. Then, we get back to the hotel for breakfast, shower, and check out.
And then we will take you directly drive to Pronojiwo (nearest village to tumpak sewu waterfall. Upon arrival, check in at Homestay, rest and free leisure until next program.
Third Day : Exploring Tumpak Sewu waterfall
Breakfast at 06.30 AM and getting prepare to explore Tumpak sewu. Starting the journey, synonymously called an adventure! It takes approximately 3 hours to explore the Tumpak sewu area. Trekking through tropical landscape of Java Island within Semeru volcano standing tall as the highest Volcano in Java at Background. 10 minute walk from parking area, you will get a panoramic sight of the waterfall from above, a curtain of silky smooth waterfalls. Then you have an option to see the waterfall from its foot. Take steep path down for about 30 minutes, crossing rivers and various steep hills on the way. Take pictures and enjoy the amazing waterfall before proceed trekking on riverside to find your way out and visiting goa tetes (tetes cave).
Returning at parking area, prepare for the next trip and check out. We take you to Banyuwangi. It needs 6 hours on the road. For lunch, we have it at a local restaurant. In Banyuwangi, you stay at the hotel to prepare your next adventure to Mount Ijen.
Fourth Day : Exploring Ijen Volcano and Visiting Bali
We will start our adventure at 12:30 AM. We get you at your hotel and it takes 1.5 hours from your hotel to the starting point for climbing Mount Ijen. Then, we need another 1 to 1.5 hours to climb and reach the peak where you can enjoy the beautiful and natural scenery, plus fresh air. The route we are going to take is also amazing. There are many big ferns and trees, so you can feel like a real adventure in the forest.
The place you are going to visit is situated on the 2883 meters above sea level. There, you can see the beautiful sulfate lake surrounded by the amazing rock wall. Then, you also can witness one of the most dangerous jobs in the world from the sulfur miner here. They climb down the crater and go back by carrying a heavy load of sulfur rock that can easily reach 80 kilograms. Take out your camera and capture this amazing view. Now, you have something you can show to others that you have been in one of the incredible spots on Earth.
Once we are done, we go back down to the parking area, then return to your hotel for a meal and check out. Then, we continue our adventure to Bali and arrive in the afternoon.
