Day 1: Pick Up from Malang
It is the day where you arrive in Malang. We can pick you up at Malang Airport or your hotel in Malang. Our tour guide has enough experience in accompanying travelers to go to Bromo and Ijen. This trip takes around 3 up to 4 hours. Take a rest for a while at Lava View Lodge, Cemara Indah Hotel, Bromo Permai 1, or Bromo Cottages. Recharge your stamina and sleep earlier before exploring the active volcano around the Tengger region.
Day 2: Seeing the Beauty of Sunrise at Penanjakan or Kingkong hills
We have to go at 3:00 AM, so make sure that you wake up earlier. You will go to a destination known as Mount Penanjakan. The location is on the rim of the Tengger caldera. We will deliver you to the location by using a 4WD vehicle or Jeep. You are about to see the wonderful sunrise from the most famous viewpoint. Imagine that you are enjoying the sunrise slowly with Mount Bromo and Semeru as the background. It looks so fascinating along with the usual fog of the caldera.
After enjoying the sunrise, you will continue the trip to Mount Bromo volcano. Take your time to capture the best spots and objects there before going back to the hotel for breakfast. Don’t get sleep because you are about to continue the trip to Banyuwangi Regency. You will stop for a while during the trip for lunch. It takes 5 to 6 hours before arriving at your new hotel. Take a rest and prepare your stamina because you are about to wake up earlier again for the next trip.
Day 3: Enjoying Blue Flames at Ijen Crater
As usual, you must wake up earlier because you have to go at 01:00 AM. You are about to go to a place known as Paltuding or the starting point of Ijen Crater. We will take a walk for about 90 minutes from this starting point to Ijen Crater Blue Fire. You are about to see this attraction at 2383 meters altitude.
The lake is so beautiful because of its color, smoke, and bright yellow from the sulfur. You may see sulfur miners pass by while carrying up to 80 kilograms of ores in bamboo baskets on their shoulders. Back to the hotel after enjoying the Blue Flames and Crater of Ijen. You can take your breakfast before drive to Bali. You will arrive at Kuta, Ubud, Nusa Dua, or Sanur in the afternoon. It is the end of your journey to explore Mount Bromo and Ijen Crater.
